HOME EXTENSION & RENOVATION

TEDDINGTON DOUBLED IN SIZE

This ambitious project involved doubling the size of the property thereby maximising its potential. The character of the front was dramatically transformed. The rear Conservatory was removed and replaced with a spacious extension with roof lanterns. First floor accommodation was extended to create large ensuite bedrooms, and a Master Suite with dressing room and stunning bathroom was constructed on the 2^nd floor. Underfloor heating, rewiring, new Kitchen, new Utility room, revamp of the staircase, construction of a Garden Room with mezzanine and a total refurbishment of every room completed this impressive home.

The dramatic alterations involved significant building work to all three floor levels, and a total refurbishment. In partnership with our client through each stage we met specification and budget.
